US Masters

This week fires the starting gun on the majors golf season with the US Masters. Four days of epic golf starts on Thursday at the iconic Augusta National course for those who subscribe to Sky Sports in the UK. 

Our hot pick is Rory McIlroy who's in great form after his recent win at The Players Championship at the end of March. He has another opportunity to get one step closer to a majors grand slam; the exclusive club containing only Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Ben Hogan and Gene Sarazen. 

UK coverage starts at 1400 on Thursday 10 April on Sky Sports, with the final round scheduled to begin at 1500 on Sunday 13 April. With the BBC seemingly having a dedication to covering almost no live sport after recently rejecting any England rugby Six Nations matches and refusing to pay for in-depth coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympics, no-one will be surprised to read there is no live action from even the two final rounds or a highlights package.
