Shipping policy
Delivery service
All items purchased from Electragolf are sent in our own packaging to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. All corrugated packaging is manufactured in-house by our sister company www.bectechpackaging.com.
All parcels are sent using established UK couriers (usually Royal Mail for gloves and balls and ParcelForce for clubs and either DPD or ParcelForce for European deliveries) who will email an order tracking code when your delivery leaves our warehouse. Once you have received your order tracking code you can follow the progress of your package on the courier's website using this code.
All consignments will require a signature upon delivery and we will not accept liability if you request delivery to an alternative address once shipped via any courier's own communication or request to have your parcel left in a safe space without a signature.
Delivery options
We deliver to UK postcodes, which includes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and all other UK islands and any mainland European/EU address. If you order for delivery outside of these areas our website will not fulfil your order and your will be rejected and a refund automatically processed.
Our order cut-off is midday for next working day delivery using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or ParcelForce 24hr at a cost of £5.95. Our standard delivery is free using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or ParcelForce 48hr.
European mainland delivery is a flat fee of £17.95 and is either DPD or ParcelForce. Customers ordering for mainland European/EU delivery are solely responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes levied at point of entry to the EU. Goods will not be delivered until this is paid and either DPD or ParcelForce will require a mobile number and/or a valid email address to process duties etc.
In the even of non-payment of duties, goods will be returned to us and a minimum restocking charge of 10% of order value plus the flat shipping charge of £15.95 will be deducted from any refund.
