Where are we playing today?

This morning features a short game at Chartham Park in Lingfield before a 35-over local village cricket match for West Hoathly CC at Crawley Down CC. For anyone who has not played there, their signature 16th hole - pictured - has the approach to the green over a lake with a spectacular fountain. I'm guaranteed to sink at least one ball in there.
It's been an incredibly busy two months with work, The Open Championship, England vs India cricket, British and Irish Lions tour to Australia, annual leave and plenty of Sunday afternoon village friendly cricket since our last blog post in June. I sadly missed my rugby club charity day at a private course that is generally unavailable for play.
I've also signed up for a different cricket club day at Guildford CC. Having never played there, does anyone have any tips so I can hold my own against those who do?
Some replenishment stock is also arriving this week to build up for the end of the summer 2025 season and we've offered some further discounts on Callaway Apex hybrid clubs and Bridgestone Tour B balls.
